What is cash confidence?

Financial empowerment is cash confidence. Knowing your business numbers allows you to be the best CEO of your business. Being the boss of your business and knowing your business numbers kills imposter syndrome. Cash confidence kills imposter syndrome. Cash confidence allows you to create big wealth goals and crush them!

Why cash confidence is important

Nobody will ever care about your business as much as you do, so it’s essential to never give your financial power away. Owning a business gives you the opportunity for creating wealth, but if you don’t know how to manage the money in your business you will never get the opportunity to create that wealth.

Creating wealth requires a strategy. It’s not how much money you make, it’s about how you manage your money. When you are cash confident, you understand that, and you build your wealth with mindfulness and strategy.

Being cash confident means understanding your financial goals are achievable and you will achieve them.

How to become cash confident

The first thing you can do now is take the steps to becoming cash confident. That can either be through signing up for my course or working with me 1:1 so you too can learn the steps to creating wealth.

Wealth isn’t just for men, it’s for women. You need the cash confidence to hold space for your business and yourself to become as wealthy as you desire.

The 5-Step Cash Confident Framework

My signature Cash Confident Framework is designed to teach the business owner what you need to know to confidently navigate your business numbers. I’ve outlined the top five steps that I often see business owners struggle with, and this method teaches you what you need to know to ensure you are learning what you need to know.

The 5-step Cash Confident framework outlined:

1. Know your money mindset

You need a positive relationship with money to build your wealth. When you have a negative money mindset it can hold you back from making money in your business. You need to manage the money well in your business to optimize profit. Profit is what you get to keep for yourself and will increase your net worth.

2. Understand financial reports

Your financial reports should be looked at a minimum of a monthly basis. Financial reports provide valuable feedback on business performance. You need to know how profitable your business is each month and your financial worth. When you analyze your financial statements monthly it allows you to correct mistakes you’re making in your business, plug money leaks, and optimize your profit.

3. Create a financial plan for your business

Having a financial plan gives your business purpose and direction. When you plan out where your business is at and where you want to take it in the next 12 months that business plan serves as a roadmap that outlines the steps you need to take each month. A goal without a plan is just a wish, so plan out your path to wealth.

4. Monitor your results against your plan

Having a financial plan is an essential first step, but you need to monitor your results against that financial plan each and every month. When you perform a monthly review, you get financial feedback that allows you to course correct should you veer off path.

5. Cash flow management

Cash is queen in your business so knowing how to manage your cash and build up cash reserves will ensure you stay in business for the long term. You want to be sure cash flows in and out of your business regularly.

The bottom line is that the 5-step Cash Confident framework is designed to help you learn how to manage your business finances effectively and efficiently. A business finance coach can help you build wealth in your business and offer 1:1 support to help you learn.

You need to understand money management in your business since 82% of businesses fail due to financial mismanagement. If you want your business to succeed, you need to know your business numbers.

It’s not enough to have an accountant or financial advisor to “take care” of finances for you. Many business owners who have checked out of their business finances and trust their business managers or financial advisors to take care of things for them have been taken advantage of financially and stolen from.

The best way you can protect yourself and your business from failure is to invest the time to learn how to manage your money. Your wallet will thank you for it.
